Schedule of Events

The Pork in the Park Festival is two days of events with entertainment the whole family will enjoy -- for admission of just $3 per person, and kids 12 and under are free! Pork in the Park offers festivalgoers a weekend packed with entertainment options. Complementing the festival’s featured events listed below, the festival offers unique craft vendors, delicious food, cold beverages and live entertainment. Check back for more details as the schedule is updated.

Due to the forecasted wind/rain, Balloonville has been canceled. The decision to cancel was made in consideration of safety for the hot air balloon pilots and patrons. The rock wall will not be at the festival because it is out of commission. We hope you’ll come out to enjoy the Rommel’s Ace Inflatable Park, Roaming Railroad, Kids Corner, laser tag, pony rides, Mountaire Farms Wing War, Pork War and more.

Wristbands

Wristbands can be purchased for $10, which include unlimited bounces at the Rommel's Ace Inflatable Park and unlimited access to laser tag. Activities may have age and height restrictions.

Saturday

Rommel's Ace Inflatable Park

11 a.m.-7 p.m.

The Rommel's Ace Inflatable Park includes an unlimited bounce area for kids ages 12 and under, including over a dozen bounces, slides and obstacles. The Rommel's Ace Inflatable Park is part of the wristband activities. There will also be a free Toddler Bounce Area.

Roaming Railroad

11 a.m.-7 p.m.

All aboard the Roaming Railroad, custom built to accommodate children and adults. Engineer Dan DeCosmo will entertain riders with comedy, train songs and inspirational routines like the little train that could.

Tickets are $3 per ride.

Laser Tag

11 a.m.-7 p.m.

Up to 18 people can test their skills in our outdoor laser tag arena. As part of a team or on their own, kids can see how they'll fare against competitors. Lose all your lives? Come back for more. Laser tag is part of the wristband activities.

Rock Wall

The rock wall will not be at the festival because it is out of commission.

11 a.m.-7 p.m.

Kids: How high can you climb on the rock wall? This attraction will be staffed by the Maryland National Guard, so feel free to ask any questions you have about the National Guard, too. The rock wall is part of the wristband activities.

Horseback Riding

11 a.m.-7 p.m.

Children will have the opportunity to go on a pony ride at this year's festival. Rides are $5 each.

Balloonville

Due to the forecasted wind/rain, Balloonville has been canceled. The decision to cancel was made in consideration of safety for the hot air balloon pilots and patrons.

Noon-5 p.m., with flight at 6 p.m. (Weather dependent.)

Stop by Balloonville to check out different hot air balloons on site at Pork in the Park. Take a tethered balloon ride or sign up for a passenger flight.

Kids Corner

Children can enjoy fun activities and performances.

Kids Klub is offering free carni-style games including Pig Flights, Feed the Pig and more. Game winners will receive a raffle ticket for a chance of a free week of summer camp at Kids Klub Summer Escape. There will be four total winners, with two drawn on Saturday. Drawings on Saturday will be on stage at 3 and 7 p.m. You do not have to be present to win.

1-1:45 p.m.: Glenn's Magic - Magic show

2-2:45 p.m.: Feet of Fire Dance Company - Dance performances

3-3:45 p.m.: Mister Don - Interactive music

4-4:45 p.m.: Wicomico County Sheriff's Office - K-9 demo with DFC Lewis and Heath

5-5:45 p.m.: Animal Show with Ranger Bob - Includes reptiles, snakes, turtles, etc.

Eastern Shore Wing War

People's Choice Wing Competition

1-3 p.m.

Sample the best wings Eastern Shore restaurants have to offer in this competition, as restaurants face off for your vote. We'll be counting on you to decide who will be crowned the victor. While supplies last.
